We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for our Launchpad course. You must request the refund within 3 days of purchase and provide detailed feedback about why the course didn't meet your expectations.

To request a refund, email us at hello@startsolo.in with your purchase details. We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.

Refund Exclusions and Additional Terms

Refunds are not available for course purchases made using special discount codes, bundle purchases, or after the guarantee period has expired. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Any bonus materials or downloads must be deleted upon refund, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet our criteria.
